I have some Christmas shopping online this morning. I am looking for a DVD / VCR combo for my mother. Everyone around my budget ($ 80) does not seem to be reformed. The thing is that I never bought before Refurbished, so I do not know if it's worth the money. What are the guarantees? Should I?
