I saw an ad for this last night on television, an exercise ball for the muscle of the abdominal muscles, buttocks, thighs and hips used. Has anyone used, and it works? Is it worth the $ 130

I bought this and bored with it pretty quickly. I do not remember with so much money, unless you try to buy multiple DVDs at once. I think it cost me somewhere in 40th I guess it just depends on what you want. some like, others not. I was not impressed. have been touched since the first time. found a different kind of exercise that I love and I am losing inches like crazy. Good luck to you. try to get cheaper, and outside of eBay or something.
