The problem is, the mode switch! Somehow you can not change some settings, switch off even things as simple as turning the flash on or off. I assume that the device is "ISO" or "ISO +" If you will be able to "easy" or "Auto" mode, the settings should change.
I am a big fan of Sony, but this is an area where messages are short and unnecessary. It's really could do with learning a lesson from Olympus now!
