Mortgage Refi? - mortgage refi
I'm in the middle of my 281K@7.84% refying. I just found out that my house is now worth about 200K. The mortgage lender has to be me that could go 81K and 2007 under the Mortgage Forgiveness. This well-off big time payments. Has anyone heard? Too good to be true!
