I use a wash down area on the narrow, but it hurts my fingers.
I called the company in the popular resort. They have no tools to clean jets.
I tried a clean bottle. It is too big for them.

Try it with Tilex mold and mildew solvent. It works very well, just spray and mold, should be gone, then rinse with water.
Now throw a little lime. Spray some jets. Allow to rest a little, then wipe with a damp cloth. For small areas, spray some on a cloth and then to the canvas in a confined space and work backwards.
